Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by contacting TapMaro Support.

There are no cancellation fees.

Cancellation prevents future renewals of your subscription.

Cancellation does not immediately terminate the active service. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle you have already paid for.

TapMaro does not automatically charge users without awareness or action.

Renewal must be initiated, approved, or confirmed by you. You will receive reminders and renewal offers before expiry and choose whether to renew.

At the end of your current billing cycle, paid features will no longer be available, and your public profile may become inactive until a new subscription is activated.

You can resubscribe at any time from your dashboard or the Pricing page.

To cancel, contact tapmaro.in@gmail.com with your account email address, or manage your subscription from your dashboard.

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.
